First picture of the woman accused of stalking George

THIS is the woman arrested after talking her way into Prince George’s private school.

Louise Chantry, an unemployed holistic healer, was fixated on the Royal Family – and Kate and William in particular – her mother claimed yesterday.

Chantry, 40, is pictured smiling on her wedding day, but walked out on husband David Chantry, 42, last year after months of rows, neighbours said.

Police arrested her on Wednesday after she allegedly turned up twice in 24 hours at Thomas’s London Day School in Battersea, south-west London.

She is understood to have suffered a mental breakdown in recent months and had been diagnosed with clinical depression.

Her mother, Rhona Crawford, 75, from Bath, Somerset, told The Sun her daughter ‘just loves the Royal Family and loves kids’. She added: ‘She wouldn’t

‘She has been under a lot of stress’

have done any harm to George. He would have been safe with her.’

She said her daughter especially adored the future king’s parents as they ‘represent the ideal family life she would like to have’.

‘(Louise has) been under a lot of stress. She has no children herself. She wants stability, a home she is happy in.

‘I’m very sad this has happened, it’s a horrible incident.’

Chantry and her husband, an IT sales manager, lived together in Angmering, West Sussex, until their marriage collapsed after six years.

Neighbours recalled once seeing her shouting at Mr Chantry in the street, before she left the marital home without a trace.

One told MailOnline: ‘Louise and David used to have these terrible rows. She would be shouting and yelling at him. Everyone could hear it. She really gave it him and then she left.’

Another neighbour added: ‘They were a quiet couple, they didn’t really mix with other people in the street. But you could hear them rowing. It wasn’t very nice.’

Chantry was arrested on Wednesday after being spotted loitering outside the £18,000-a-year prep school – 24 hours after posing as a visitor to gain entry. On that occasion she escaped when challenged by staff.

Prince George was not in the building on either occasion.
