STEVE EVANS: He’s starting to appear far too often in this column but for all the wrong reasons. His big- spending, promotion-tipped Mansfield side have now gone a month without a league win. three straight 1-1 draws is also very dull. Way off the pace in 14th.

Matt TAYLOR has scored some belters in his time. a free-kick specialist by trade and with plenty of Premier League experience, he’s not lost it even at the age of 35. taylor set Swindon on their way to a 3-0 win at Port vale with a stunning free-kick that crashed into the net.
