MURDER MYSTERY GAME: This murder mystery promotion (“Promotion”) is open to UK residents aged 18+, excluding residents in N. Ireland and Isle of Man; and employees of the Promoter and members of their household. By entering the Promotion you agree to these terms. The Promotion will run for four weeks. Week 1: November 18, 2017 to November 24, 2017. Week 2: November 25, 2017 to December 1, 2017. Week 3: December 2, 2017 to December 8, 2017. Week 4: December 9, 2017 to December 15, 2017. The Friday of each week is the “Entry Date”. Send your answer and contact details by phone, text or email on the relevant Entry Date between 6am and 10pm. You may be charged for entries outside these hours. The Promotion is free to enter by email or £1 plus standard network rate by text or phone. Unlimited entries permitted by phone or text. Only one entry by email. Entrants must retain four Daily Mail newspapers from the week of their entry. An independen­t judge will select an entrant at random from all correct entries on Saturday after the Entry Date. Winners will be called between midday and 2pm. You must answer the phone to win. We will attempt contact three times before contacting another entrant until a winner is found. If there are no correct entries, a winner will be selected randomly from all entries that week. Promoter’s decision on all matters is final. No correspond­ence will be entered into. No third party entries. One prize of £25,000 each week. Prizes are nontransfe­rable. Name and county of winners will be published in the Daily Mail. Winners agree to a photo and publicity. Promoter will hold your personal informatio­n in accordance with these terms and its privacy policy (dailymail. co.uk/privacy). The Promoter is not responsibl­e for technical difficulti­es or unavailabl­e network connection­s that may limit entry. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the Promotion; declare as void entries resulting from printing, production and/ or distributi­on errors; or modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion should there be fraud or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter. If there is any conflict between these terms and materials published elsewhere, these terms shall take precedence. If any of these terms are invalid or unenforcea­ble the validity of the other terms shall not be affected.
