ENGLAND will struggle to do any meaningful homework for their clash with Samoa (left). They lost 17-13 against Romania in Bucharest on Saturday, despite leading 10-3 at the break. A week earlier, the Samoans, against a backdrop of financial crisis, came close to beating Scotland, who in turn nearly stunned the All Blacks. They could be inspired or insipid in London.
