The 44-year-old actress works out with a personal trainer ‘six times a week, doing circuit training interspers­ed with brutal cardio’, she has said. WHAT TO TRY: The ‘reaching row’ targets the abdominal muscles and tones your waistline. Holding a weight in each hand, stand with your right foot forward. Lunge by bending your knees: then hinge forward from the hips, leaning downwards to 45 degrees, keeping your back straight and your head in line. With abdominal muscles clenched, extend your right arm to the floor and bend your left elbow behind your body, pulling the weight so it’s in front of your left shoulder. Return to the start and repeat. Perform 12 to 15 repetition­s, working up towards two to three sets. Do all repetition­s on the first side, then repeat with the opposite foot forward.
