THOSE Australian japesters surpassed themselves at the presentation ceremony. These giant cardboard cut-outs of an Aussie hand holding up four fingers and a closed English fist (4-0, geddit?) had the locals in stitches. Just a reminder that victory will taste even sweeter if — sorry, when — England regain the Ashes in the summer of 2019.
