CUT out and keep this list on your fridge as a constant reminder to try to meet my life-enhancing recommenda­tions every day. Tick off the portions in all the recipes in today’s paper as you try them. Keeping to my Daily Dozen shouldn’t stop you enjoying a variety of foods and living your newly lengthened life to the full, but if you aim to meet these targets, there will be far less room on your plate, or in your stomach, for foods that might be shortening your life.
