IN A desperate bid to win online shoppers, John Lewis staff have been asked to post pictures of themselves wearing the chain’s latest fashions.
The request for staff to become ‘brand ambassadors’ on their social media accounts follows a trial before Christmas which encouraged workers to share photos of themselves wearing the company’s clothes, or featuring items such as sofas in their homes.
Employees share the posts on Instagram and Twitter, using the hashtag #wearepartners.
