SO HOW DID YOU DO THAT, CHRISTIAN?
JAMIE REDKNAPP:
Christian, we’re not going to get bored with looking at this one. I’m sure you won’t! You had a little sighter just beforehand, earlier on in the game, and you got that strike away with that dip (too), something you’ve obviously worked on a lot.
CHRISTIAN ERIKSEN:
Yeah, it swerves a bit, and when you hit it right or even a bit not right, it goes with a lot of curve and luckily it went in. There were a few times in the first half when I had the chance to shoot and I passed. Twice I shot and the second time it went in and, yeah, we can watch it all day I think.
REDKNAPP:
I want to talk to you about the strike that you’re trying to get there, it’s almost like a rainbow flight (in the way it dips). How much do you work on that in training? Look how high it goes as well!
ERIKSEN:
Yeah, I know. Of course with so many games it’s difficult to train, but it’s good to finally see one go in, even with this height. I thought it was going over, but luckily it went in.
REDKNAPP:
Let’s have another look at that. Dele, does he do this in training?
DELE ALLI:
All the time. After training, you always see him working on his free-kicks and stuff. He’s a magician with the ball and it’s amazing how much he can get the dip on the ball like that. Eriksen and Alli were talking to Jamie Redknapp on Sky Sports
