. . .HOW TO READ YOUR FEET

-

WIDE FEET: I call these carthorse feet. This person is very, very hard working. They are constantly doing things and find it very difficult to sit down and do nothing.

NARROW FEET: The princess foot. These people are much happier sitting back and letting others run around after them — they appreciate the good things in life.

A HIGH ARCH: These are found commonly on people with strong inner resources who enjoy spending time on their own. They find it hard to accept help from others.

FLAT FEET: Flat-footers love company and often need lots of support in life.

SHRINKING FEET: Feet can shrink a shoe size because of tension in tendons and ligaments — this can mean something has changed in someone’s life. Often this shows you must take more time to assess situations before you push yourself forwards. You will also value your privacy more.

GAP BETWEEN BIG AND SECOND TOE: Someone who needs to think more before making decisions. They will often rush in and agree to do something, then regret it later. The bigger the gap, the longer it will take to realise the consequences.

CREASE ON SECOND OR THIRD TOE: This person is adaptable and can bide their time.

WHAT TOES SHOW: Each toe represents a different area of life. The big toe is thoughts, beliefs and self-esteem; the second toe is feelings and emotions; the third toe energy; the fourth is relations with others; and the little toe indicates your sense of security and how you’re going to move forward. The practice differs to palmistry in every way, particularly because it’s not used to predict the future, but rather analyse personality traits. These traits depend on length, width and individual characteristics — whether it’s curved, straight, webbed, nail size, etc.
