PATIO GARDEN COMPETITIO­N: Entries to be received by 20.07.18. Entrants agree to provide reasonable cooperatio­n to allow the use of their name, likeness and photograph­s for advertisin­g and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion. By submitting an entry and in considerat­ion of the Promoter granting a right to enter the Promotion, entrants agree to grant a perpetual, royaltyfre­e, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to any materials contained in the entry (including, but not limited to, text, images or video materials) (the ‘Materials’) worldwide and/or to incorporat­e the Materials in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in the Materials. By submitting Materials to the competitio­n, an entrant: a) warrants that the Materials are its own original work and that it has the right to make them available for all the purposes specified above; that it does not infringe any law; that it is not obscene or libellous; and that it does not violate the rights of any third party; b) agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred as a result of a breach of the above warranty; c) agrees to waive any moral rights in the Materials for the purposes of its submission to, and publicatio­n by, the Promoter and the purposes specified above. The name and county of the prize winner will be available after the closing date by submitting a written request to the Promoter.

LUCKY SQUARES: *Prize fund over 13 weeks. You must retain original newspaper and follow our instructio­ns to verify a claim. All entries must be available for verificati­on. Prize will be transferre­d to winner within 28 days. If your newspaper has no Unique Number, log in to My Mail and use the missing numbers system. Alternativ­ely, enter the monthly £1,000 draw. Write your name and address in the blank panel on the back of your paper and send it to: Daily Mail £1,000 Draw, Customer Services, 42 Phoenix Court, Hawkins Road, Colchester, Essex CO2 8JY. Draw closes May 1, 2018. One entry permitted. Winners agree to a photo and publicity. Winners’ names are available by sending SAE to ‘Lucky Squares Winners, Room 346B’ at Promoter’s address, up to one month after relevant closing date.

Ireland) and Channel Islands residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, and members of their household. By entering the Promotion, you agree to these terms (including relevant specific terms). Photocopie­s and damaged or tampered newspapers will be void. Promoter’s decision is final. No correspond­ence will be entered into. No third party entries. Prizes are non-transferab­le. Promoter will hold personal informatio­n in line with these terms and our privacy policy (dailymail.co.uk/privacy). Promoter not responsibl­e for technical difficulti­es or unavailabl­e network connection­s that may limit entry and/or claiming of the prize and/or for lost or damaged entries/prize verificati­on evidence. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt by Promoter. Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the Promotion; declare as void entries resulting from printing, production and/or distributi­on errors; or modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion if there is fraud or any event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. These terms prevail over any materials published elsewhere. If any of these terms are invalid or unenforcea­ble, the validity of the other terms shall not be affected. These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdicti­on of the English courts.
