IT’S week two, and the nine remaining amateur cooks are challenged to display their individual culinary style by creating their ultimate fish dish. Then, they have one hour in which to invent a sweet or savoury dish using either squash or rice as the key ingredient. Will Mary Berry, Dan Doherty and Chris Bavin be suitably impressed?
