TODAY’S RECIPE: Labneh, radishes & sumac toast
A TASTE of the Middle East for a speedy lunch. SERVES 2
Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
150g halved radishes Squeeze of lemon juice Bread roll, halved lengthwise, toasted
1 tbsp labneh or thick yoghurt
Method
1 Melt the butter in a pan over a low heat. 2 Toss in the radishes, season well, cook for five minutes until softened, then add a squeeze of lemon juice. Spread the toasted bread roll with the labneh or yoghurt, then top with the radishes and a pinch of sumac.
