MIKE Coupe could get shares worth £3.2m from the Sainsbury’s bonus scheme. Under its long-term bonus plan and deferred share scheme, Coupe, pictured, could snare 1.1m shares if he exceeds targets. Yesterday, he was handed 200,065 shares as part of his core award, but could get another 800,260 if all targets are hit. He also got 252,003 shares under a deferred award. Last week he got £1.8m of shares under a bonus plan, shortly after striking a deal to buy Asda for £7.3bn.
