Round the bend

HOW did a car turn over in a 30 mph zone on a straight road near my house? I hope it wasn’t because the driver was texting.

The same day, I was driving in a narrow lane and pulled into a passing place. The woman in the oncoming car raised her hand in thanks while holding a phone. Queuing at roadworks, I left a space so a car could pull out of a side road. The driver waved to me while holding a large mug and struggling to steer with her other hand.
