Murray to end silence on injury
NICK KYRGIOS, Heather Watson and Dan Evans are in action at the Surbiton Trophy this week as the professional grasscourt season leading into Wimbledon begins. The biggest development off the court, however, will be Andy Murray breaking his silence on his plans for the next few weeks, or lack of them. Murray is expected to reveal all in the next 48 hours after keeping a low profile in the last couple of months on his return from a hip injury. Surbiton heralds the start of official tournaments of various sizes taking place in the UK at Manchester, Ilkley, Nottingham, Birmingham, Queen’s and Eastbourne leading into Wimbledon, which starts on July 2. Roger Federer returns to action at the ATP event in Stuttgart next week. In Surbiton Heather Watson faces fellow Brit Gabriella Taylor. Kyrgios will restrict himself to doubles.
