IN 1918, thanks to the tire­less cam­paign­ing of the suf­frage move­ment, fe­male prop­erty own­ers — and select oth­ers — aged 30 and over fi­nally be­came the first women to be el­i­gi­ble to vote. To mark the cen­te­nary of this mo­men­tous event, this doc­u­men­tary finds Anne Robin­son ex­plor­ing con­tem­po­rary is­sues sur­round­ing equal­ity with the help of Bri­tish women from all walks of life. From the #MeToo cam­paign to the gen­der pay gap, Anne (pic­tured with equal pay cam­paigner Frances Sto­jilkovic) is fas­ci­nated to find out what women feel they have achieved — and what they still want to change.
