Cupid strikes for royal chum Frankie

RACING manager Harry Herbert, who rode in the first carriage with the Queen at Royal Ascot on Wednesday, is enjoying a sizzling romance with an Irish chef 17 years his junior, as I revealed last month.

Now, his daughter Frankie, 22, is enjoying a blossoming friendship with Hugo Boss hunk Harvey Newton-Haydon, 29. The pair (left) have been spotted at a string of parties and were at Windsor for the Cartier Queen’s Cup Polo. ‘They’ve got very close very quickly,’ confirms a friend.

It’s certainly a move back upmarket for Harvey. In 2013, he was romantically linked to glamour model Kelly Brook.
