The art of cliff-top yoga (hope she had a parachute handy!)
IT’S an ancient form of exercise said to promote inner calm. But onlookers felt quite the opposite as this woman performed a 20-minute yoga session inches from the edge of a cliff.
She diced with death 200ft above jagged rocks at Seaford Head in East Sussex – where giant cracks which run through the chalky face often give way with no notice. Signs clearly warn visitors to keep away.
Photographer Wayne Spring, 51, who took these pictures on Friday, said: ‘The cliffs are so unstable they could collapse at any time. Nobody would be able to walk away from that drop, no matter how bendy they were.’
