What is a FC Travel
Butler? We are a concierge service available to all customers who have booked a tailor-made holiday from our Journeys and Escapes range. We are available to offer destination advice and specific recommendations on tours and restaurants. We also help organise special requests, such as romantic dinners on the beach.
How did you become a FC Travel Butler and what country do you specialise in? How did you become an expert on
that region? When I worked in store I really enjoyed speaking to customers about their upcoming trips and using my personal experience to offer recommendations on things to see and do. When the position became available within the Travel Butler team, I knew this was something I would be passionate about, and was fortunate enough to get the job. The team is extensively travelled and between us we have visited 149 countries, so we are sure to be able to help, no matter where you’re going. I personally am an Australian specialist. What is the most amazing experience you have helped organise? We’re often asked to arrange romantic room set-ups or a surprise bottle of Champagne. I had a lady who also wanted her husband-to-be to walk into the room to his favourite ‘K Pop’ music in the background. It took a few weeks, but we managed to pull it off.
