COLOMBIA SCOUTING REPORT
DANGER MAN: Juan Quintero (25)
PORTO playmaker who ended last season on loan at River Plate. Plays behind the striker, with good vision and a sweet left foot. Deadly set-piece delivery. Two assists and a goal (free-kick under the wall v Japan) in the World Cup.
MANAGER: Jose Pekerman
THE 68-year-old coached his native Argentina at the 2006 World Cup, when they lost on penalties to Germany, a quarter-final which ended in a brawl. Much criticised, Pekerman quit. Named Colombia boss in 2012 and has proved popular.
WHAT MUST ENGLAND FEAR?
POWER, pace and know-how. The centre backs are a threat at set-pieces, Cuadrado has speed, while Quintero, Falcao and Rodriguez are dangers.
