Sick note for drunks

DRUNK people turning up at A&E should be handed a leaflet that says: ‘Go home, take a couple of paracetamol and indigestion tablets in a pint or two of water, then get to bed and sleep it off.

‘Now please go away and let us get on with our job of caring for the sick without having to attend to your self-inflicted condition.’
