BETHANIE MATTEK-SANDS suffered an horrific injury here last year, when she dislocated her kneecap and ruptured her patella tendon after slipping mid-match. Yesterday, it was heartening to see her in the doubles, winning 7-6, 7-5 with Czech lucie Safarova. MATTEKSANDS (left) visited the scene of her fall on Court 17 this week.
