New TSB glitch

TSB customers who have stayed loyal to the bank after its IT meltdown in April struggled to log on to their online and mobile banking yesterday. Dozens of customers said they couldn’t access their accounts for two hours after TSB issued updates to its software the night before. TSB says there were issues for a ‘short period’ that were quickly resolved.
