MARKETING firm Next Fifteen Communications expanded yesterday as it bought rival Technical Associates Group (TAG) for a maximum of £3.6m.

Next Fifteen is run by Tim Dyson, who the company calls ‘one of the early pioneers of tech PR’.

Analysts at Peel Hunt gave the firm a ‘buy’ rating, saying the deal should boost its earnings even taking the purchase price into account.

It made the right impression with investors, ending up 4.2pc, or 20p, at 500p.
