ISNER’S JUST A NATURAL

IT turns out John Isner is something of a gentle giant. The 6ft 10in American held off producing one of his powerful 130mph-plus serves as he waited for a bird to fly out of the service box. He then noticed a ladybird on the Centre Court turf, so picked the creature up and escorted it to safety. Attenborough approved, of course.
