of Cambridge’s sister Pippa, who is expecting her first baby in October, reveals she is keeping in shape by swimming. ‘Swimming works wonders for the body when pregnant,’ says Pippa, 34. ‘even yoga classes are getting more uncomforta­ble now, so swimming is a handy tool for stretching and elongation. In front crawl, if you really stretch your arms out in front of you and reach forwards, turning your torso as you do, it’s great to tone the sides of your body — plus kicking your legs meaningful­ly is great to tone the back of the thighs and the bum.’ Pippa’s pert posterior almost upstaged the bride, Kate, at the royal wedding in 2011.
