THIS women’s prison drama has always balanced dark and light with flair, and it opens the new, sixth season son caught in a surreal middle ground. After the riot, Piper (Taylor Schilling, pictured) and the other inmates are in a new prison with new guards, trying to make sense of everything. This is most acute for ‘Crazy Eyes’, who is off her medication and seeing the world rather differently from everyone else.
