Richardson heroics hand Saints victory

DANNY RICHARDSON converted a last-minute penalty from 60 metres to hand St Helens a thrilling 14-12 victory over Warrington Wolves last night. An early try from Daryl Clark had given Warrington the lead, with the boot of Tyrone Roberts keeping them ahead. Tries from Ben Barba and Jonny Lomax brought St Helens level in the second half before Richardson kept his nerve to clinch the win for the Super League leaders.
