WAYNE ROONEY will never forget his first goal in America — a broken nose and five stitches will make sure of that! Rooney, 32, captained DC United and scored their opening goal — his first in four MLS appearances — in a 2-1 home win over Colorado Rapids. But Rooney was in action at the other end, too, taking a blow to the face defending a corner in added time to leave him covered in blood.
