THREE STEPS TO DELICIOUS
Yummy recipes from just 3 ingredients. This week: PARMESAN CRISPBREADS
1. PREHEAT the oven to 200c. Sift the flour in a bowl. Add the butter. Using fingers, rub it into breadcrumbs.
2. Add the parmesan (retain 1 tbsp). Bring together into a dough. Cover in cling film. Chill in fridge for 1 hour. 3. Roll out to a thickness of 1cm. 4. Cut with a 5cm fluted cutter. Place rounds on greaseproof-lined baking tray. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp parmesan.
