No chance of a K now then, Fogle!

PRINCE william’s friend, TV adventurer Ben Fogle, seems to enjoy courting controvers­y: he says that people under 70 should never be given an honour.

‘Look at how many celebrity awards there are,’ he opines. ‘ what’s the point, when we’re all given enough adulation?

‘ My adulation is when the bin man tells me he liked my show the other day. That’s my honour, I don’t need to have a Sir.’

Adds 44- year- old Fogle: ‘People who are in their 30s and 40s, I don’t think they have done enough to deserve an honour.’

Presumably, Fogle would make an exception for his veterinari­an father Bruce Fogle, who received an MBE aged 60.
