Tell a great story every time

-

DON’T memorise words. See the story as scenes in your head and find the words as you tell it. Visualisation is key.

EVERY story has a beginning, middle and an end. Pace yourself and don’t go on too long.

PUT a little bit of yourself into it — you’re not acting, you’re telling as you. The audience will love that.

PRACTISE, practise and practise — the story grows with each version.

GO FOR it — commit to the story, whether folk tale, fairy tale, or true- life story… And enjoy!
