All that glitters for a Superdry birthday bonanza

WHEN farmer’s daughter Jade Holland Cooper wed £441 million Superdry co- founder Julian Dunkerton this summer, Idris Elba spun the decks and Craig David sang for the happy couple.

Celebrating her 32nd birthday at the weekend, the brunette fashion designer delivered yet another extravaganza for friends including The Hobbit star Luke Evans and Viscountess Weymouth.

Hosted in the Cotswolds where Dunkerton, 53, owns a string of hotels, Jade sported a silver Galia Lahav dress — the designer she wore on her wedding day whose prices start at around £5,000.

Featuring ice sculptures and oyster platters, her glitter-themed party won’t have come cheap — but that’s no problem for Jade. ‘I need to be with someone who doesn’t say: “Have you earned enough money now?” I just can’t think like that,’ she says of her husband.
