THE BBC’s grisly warhorse presents us with another new two-part case for Dr Nikki (Emilia Fox) to investigate. It opens with a meth lab explosion and goes on to tackle the impact of drugs, through the perspective of a formidable headmaster (Colino Salmon, Salmon pictured, on strong form) who can’t bear to see his pupils’ lives ruined.
