TOTTENHAM have confirmed that the north London derby against Arsenal on March 2 will be played at Wembley as delays continue to plague their move to a new stadium. The games against Crystal Palace on March 17 and Brighton on April 6 have now been pencilled in as potential moving-in dates. Chairman Daniel Levy said that ‘the next few weeks will be pivotal’.

PREMIER LEAGUE clubs have voted unanimousl­y to extend the £30 cap on away ticket prices for three more seasons. Introduced in 2016, the cap was set to expire at the end of the current season.

FA chairman Greg Clarke won his bid to become a FIFA vice-president yesterday, fighting off a challenge from Northern Irish candidate David Martin. Clarke won 37 votes to Martin’s 18 to take the role, which guarantees him £190,000 a year and sees him become one of nine UEFA representa­tives on FIFA’s main decisionma­king body.
