FRANK Lampard’s DERBY missed a chance to muscle into the playoff positions by being held to a 1-1 draw at bottom-of-the-table IPSWICH. Tom Lawrence put Derby ahead after just two minutes but Jon Nolan brought Paul Lambert’s side level on 55 minutes.

NELSON OLIVEIRA latched on to a John Swift pass four minutes from time to score and give READING a crucial 2-1 win over BLACKBURN. Swift had opened the scoring in first-half injury time. Amari’i Bell equalised for Rovers but Oliviera struck to give struggling Reading boss Jose Gomes a boost.
