Christy obligingly climbed into a big bird- feathered number and looked stunning — barely a whisper older.

How does she do it? sleeping in an earth coffin? vampire placenta facials? no. Christy has run nine marathons and campaigns for better maternal health for pregnant women.

so why did she do it? ‘i turned 50 this year and have arrived at a place where “Why the F not” is the answer that comes up when i ask myself questions,’ she said. also, she has a 15-year-old daughter she wants to impress. aw, mum!
