The carrot-topped crooner celebrated turning 28 at the weekend with a party in Brazil — where he is currently on tour — featuring balloons, stuffed toys and a blue cake with a huge candle shooting out fire.

Ed, the world’s highest-earning solo artist who pocketed more than £106,000 per day last year, looked terrified as he was presented with the flaming baked confection (left), which was decorated in the style of his 2017 album, Divide.
