Just get it sorted, says Frasier star
AS A radio psychiatrist, Dr Frasier Crane was well used to solving complex problems.
Now Kelsey Grammer, who played Dr Crane in the comedy hit Frasier, has tackled the issue of Brexit. His opinion? It should have been done and dusted long before now.
Speaking at a launch for his new show in London’s West End, he said: ‘Today we have been talking about it a little bit, the Brexit thing.
‘It seems to be that it should be done with, it should be over by now. The deal should be done, cut and done, holy c**p, two years, what the hell?’ His advice to UK politicians was simple: ‘Just get on with it, some people won’t like it, some people will. You get on with it and figure it out and hash out the details, you make the move.
‘I don’t get it but that’s life, people see things differently. I would love to see it get resolved so that everyone can actually discover what the new world is going to be.’
Earlier Grammer, 63, who voted for Donald Trump, said most of his friends here voted Leave. He is to star in the musical Man Of La Mancha, famous for the song...The Impossible Dream.
