Memorial for PC killed by terrorist
A MEMORIAL to the police officer killed in the Westminster terror attack has been unveiled outside the Houses of Parliament.
The permanent tribute (pictured) was yesterday placed outside Carriage Gates, near where Keith Palmer was murdered on March 22, 2017. Metropolitan Police Commissioner Cressida Dick described the memorial as ‘a fitting tribute to the tremendous bravery he showed’. She added that PC Palmer was ‘an outstanding police officer’.
PC Palmer was stabbed to death by Khalid Masood, who stormed the Parliament gates after killing four people on Westminster Bridge.
