FOR the final stay of the series, Sally Lindsay and Nigel Havers check into Bovey Castle in Dartmoor National Park. It is one of the few country house hotels where VIP stands for Very Important Pooch, which means Nigel’s dog, Charlie, is along for the ride — and he even gets his own complimentary Barbour jacket. Sally, meanwhile, is helping to prepare a £500-per-head ‘dining experience’.
