£77m bid to stop Jacko film
MICHAEL Jackson’s estate has filed a £77million lawsuit against US TV channel HBO in a bid to stop a controversial new documentary being broadcast.
HBO plans to show Leaving Neverland, which alleges the singer sexually abused two young boys, and will be aired on Channel 4 early next month.
The four-hour, two-part documentary includes the testimonies of two men who say Jackson sexually abused them. HBO said it still planned to show the documentary as scheduled.
