THREE STEPS TO DELICIOUS
Yummy recipes from just 3 ingredients. This week:
BREADCRUMB BUNS
MAKES 12 BUNS 1. Preheat the oven to 195c. 2. Break bread into small pieces. Spread out on a baking tray. Bake for around 8 minutes until crisp. Leave on tray to cool.
3. Melt chocolate in a Pyrex bowl over a pan of boiling water.
4. Stir three-quarters of the salt into the chocolate and stir until dissolved.
5. Pour chocolate over the breadcrumbs. Mix until coated.
6. Lay 12 paper cupcake cases out on a board. Clean and dry your hands, and scrunch balls of the breadcrumb mixture in your palms. Divide the mixture evenly between the cases.
7. Sprinkle the remaining sea salt over the tops and leave in a cool place to harden.
