AIRCRAFT leasing firm Avation has enjoyed a decent 12 months with the s tock up almost 30pc.

The firm specialises in singleaisle commuter planes, where demand is still strong.

It appears to have little problem tapping the bond mark et for finance to expand its fleet.

The price of 290p a share – down 0.3pc, or 1p yesterday – is in line with the las t updated net asset v alue. So, unless there’s untapped value on the balance sheet , it ma y ha ve reached its cruising altitude.
