MANU TUILAGI is due to hold further talks with Leicester later this week as he agonises over what he calls ‘the toughest decision I’ve had to make’. Stay or go. England or France. It’s a massive decision — the toughest decision I’ve had to make — and I have to make the right one for me and my family. There’s a lot to consider.’ The revival of his injury-ravaged Test career is a key factor, as he would no longer be eligible for selection if he moved abroad. Tuilagi said: ‘I love being back in the England fold and it is even more special for me. ‘It’s an opportunity to have a second go at it, which some people might not get.’
