IVAN Glasenberg, the chief executive of Glencore, took home £1.5m in 2018, the commodities trader’s recent annual report shows. This might sound like a relatively small sum for the 62-yearold. But as a 9pc shareholder in Glencore, he will bag £186m in dividends this year, after the firm promised a payout worth 20 cents a share to its investors.
