NET SCIENTIFIC’s shares soared 25pc, or 1.5p, higher to 7.5p after it revealed that more than 30pc of its shareholders have indicated they would vote against a proposal to cancel its share listing on AIM and re-register as a private company.
The company, which was founded in 2008 to invest in development-stage medical and healthcare businesses, said it believed the resolution would be voted down on Monday and has decided to postpone the general meeting.
