Jimmy’s whole lotta love poetry

ROCKER Jimmy Page was every inch the doting partner as the 75-year-old attended the launch of his girlfriend Scarlett Sabet’s new volume of poetry, Camille.

Scarlett (left, with Jimmy), an actress 46 years his junior, recited a selection of her verse to friends at Mortimer House in London. Just as she was about to read out a poem on sexual passion, she teased: ‘I’ll let you guess who this is about.’ At which a guest heckled: ‘It’s obviously Jimmy!’

How touching that the Led Zeppelin legend, once famed for a wild life of rock ’n’ roll excess, is now a poetic muse.
