SUSAN CALMAN completes her Scottish odyssey on the spectacular Orkney Islands. After delving into Scotland’s ancient past at the 5,000-yearold settlement of Skara Brae and taking part in a traditional Viking feast, Susan (pictured with traditional furniture maker Kevin Gauld) journeys across the incredible Scapa Flow, taking in the sombre sight of a flotilla of scuttled World War I ships.
